I make my signature elderberry syrup with organic elderberries, raw Nebraska honey, organic cinnamon, organic ginger root, whole cloves, and filtered water. That is it—no artificial preservatives, colors, sweeteners, or fillers. I choose every ingredient with care and intention.

My elderberry syrup should be refrigerated after opening and is best consumed within 90 days. Unopened syrup can be stored in a cool, dark place. Gummies should be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always keep the lid tightly sealed.

My elderberry syrup is formulated to be safe for children ages one and up. My gummies are suitable for children ages four and up. For children under one year, I recommend consulting your pediatrician before use, especially since my syrup contains raw honey. Always follow the recommended serving sizes on the product label.

I stand behind the quality of every product I make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order. I will work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement or a full refund. Opened products are eligible for a refund within 30 days if you are unsatisfied.

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental United States takes 3–5 business days. I offer free delivery in Omaha and surrounding areas—no minimum order required! You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

While elderberry has a long history of traditional use, I recommend that pregnant and nursing mothers consult with their healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, including my elderberry products. Your doctor or midwife can help you make the best decision for your individual situation.

Unlike many mass-produced elderberry products that use elderberry "flavoring" or heavily processed extracts, I handcraft my products in small batches using whole organic elderberries. I pair them with raw local honey and whole spices—never high-fructose corn syrup or artificial ingredients. My background as a certified doula means every formulation is created with families in mind.
